Subscription terms overview
These Subscription Terms explain how paid access to Rezime works, including free or paid trials, subscription renewals, billing, cancellations, pricing changes, and refunds. They form part of the overall agreement between you and Rezime when you use our paid features.
By starting a trial or activating a paid subscription on rezime.io, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
1. Trial
We may offer a free or a paid trial subscription for the Service from time to time. The duration and conditions of any trial will be described on the checkout or offer page.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the subscription period you selected at the time of starting the trial.
2. Subscription
After the trial (if any) ends, or if you start a subscription without a trial, your subscription will begin and will renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
The renewal period may be weekly, monthly, every 6 months, yearly, or another period depending on the option you select at the time of purchase. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel.
3. Payment method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submit at the time of purchase, at the moment you confirm the purchase (for example, when you click "Pay" or a similar button).
You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees (and any applicable taxes) to the payment method you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date so that recurring charges can be processed without interruption.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your current billing period.
You can cancel a trial or subscription in one of the following ways:
- In your Rezime account settings (if available); or
- By contacting our support team at support@rezime.io.
Please note that uninstalling an app, closing the website, or simply not using the Service does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps described above to stop future charges.
5. Changes to subscription fees
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change our subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will apply to the next billing period that begins after the effective date of the change.
We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes, for example by posting the new prices on the Website and/or by sending you an email notification, or through other prominent means.
If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription before the price change goes into effect. By continuing to use the Service after the price change takes effect, you agree to pay the updated fees.
6. Refunds
To the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases made via rezime.io are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated in our policies or required by applicable law.
Note for EU / EEA users
If you are an EU or EEA user, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain contracts within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, subject to the conditions described below and applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email. You may use a model withdrawal form if available, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have been presented with, and you have provided, your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content or digital service is fully performed, then, unless the Service is defective:
- you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content that has been fully provided; and
- you will only be eligible for a proportional refund in relation to an ongoing digital service, reflecting the part of the service not yet provided.
Where this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, where required by law.
